SHIPPING
At ejoyce.com, we make every effort to process your valuable order as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed the same business day if the order is placed before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (excluding weekends and holidays).
If your order is currently out of stock or partially available, we will inform you of the status of your order by email or telephone.
We usually ship by UPS unless you require otherwise.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. BOXES, so we will need your street address for delivery. When deciding upon your shipping method, keep in mind we ship Monday through Friday.
No orders are shipped Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Do not count weekends and holidays when estimating your delivery time.
(UPS does not factor weekends and holidays into their delivery time estimation.)
International shipping:
All duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
If you refuse shipment because of duties and taxes, you will still be held liable for any costs incurred by ejoyce.com/Joyce Trimming, Inc.
International shipment takes 3-10 days and UPS express charges $50.00-$100.00.
