All returns must be pre-authorized.
All items received without the required RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
Prior to returning the product purchased, please call our Customer Service to obtain your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER at 212-719-3110 during our normal business hours from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday and from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday.
PLEASE BE READY TO PROVIDE US WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: YOU NAME, YOUR COMPANY NAME AND YOUR INVOICE NUMBER.
All sealed items, packages and boxes are non- returnable when already opened. Cut materials (trimmings, metal and rhinestone chains, rhinestone bandings, ribbons, braids, tassel fringes, cords, feathers, leathers, fur, accessories, and all other items that are cut upon order) are non-returnable.
Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
Specially ordered merchandises and custom-made items are non-returnable. Full Put-Ups and merchandises sold by the piece may be returned within 10 days from receipt thereof, based on the UPS delivery report.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped and they must be shipped back in their original packaging.
THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) MUST BE CLEARLY DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGING. All shipping charges on returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer returning the product.
